In November of 2006, Jason joined Marcus and Millichap with a sole focus in self-storage investments. He has closed over one hundred fifty million dollars in self storage transactions in the last five years and attributes much of his success to his decision to specialize in only self-storage investments. He currently serves on the board of the National Self Storage Group, is a member of the Self –Storage Association and other storage affiliates nationwide. Jason graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in English. Jason provides investors and owners with local market knowledge, property-specific expertise and custom – tailored marketing plans to help them achieve their investment goals. Whether the goal is to hold, buy or sell, Jason can provide the resources and up to date information to help the clients reach the best business decision. As a result he has been able to sustain long-term relationships with his clientele and continues to serve his client’s best interests.
